Spring is here and Summer is around the corner and it the chance to refresh and that is exactly what is happening over at Tommee Tippee with exciting new product that they want to share with you. 

I am excited to share with you a new transition set from Tommee Tippee to make transitioning between bottle to sippy. There new collection will be debuting exclusively at Babies R Us. I know when my daughter was at this stage we tried something similar and it worked great. The new transitioning set from Tommee Tippee is some much better. I also like how the design it special for boys and girls. Which sets I seen in the past only had the generic boring colors. This comes in a 3 piece set includes two 9 fl oz feeding bottles and one First Sips Transitioning cup. These bottle are helping your child transition between bottle and sippy. The sippy has features a soft spout and easy grip handles tailored to your growing little one. 

The next product that is new over at Tommee Tippee is their pacifier designs. The new pacifiers come in pink, blue and yellow. The nipples on the pacifier are shaped more like mom's breast so it better for your little one. These pacifiers come in different colors and different sizes from 0-18 months.

On June 9th, 2015 I am excited to share with you that you can bring home The Enchanting tale of The Last Unicorn from Shout! Factory. When I learned about this tale I was excited to share it with my son. I honestly never heard about this movie before. 

The Last Unicorn Synopsis

Upon hearing that she may be the very last of her kind on Earth, a Unicorn (Mia Farrow) goes in search of others like her. Her quest won’t be easy, as it leads her straight to the evil King Haggard (Christopher Lee) and his infamous Red Bull! And the journey is made even more complicated when, to protect her from the envious wrath of Haggard, a spell is cast to turn the Unicorn into the Lady Amalthea, a young, beautiful, human woman. But with this new body comes new thoughts and feelings, such as love for Haggard’s son, Prince Lir (Jeff Bridges). Will the Unicorn get lost inside this new body? Will she meet the fate of the other Unicorns? Or will she be able to defeat Haggard and his Red Bull with the aid of her friends, Schmendrick the bumbling magician (Alan Arkin) and Molly Grue (Tammy Grimes)?

Overall thoughts- At first when I saw this DVD I was not sure it would be our type of movie. I decided it would be a great family night movie and see how it goes. I was quite impressed where we ended up watching the whole movie and it was a decent story and had a great theme. It was nice going on the adventure to see if there are anymore of her kind. There will be trouble on the way and the kids were really into the movie and to see what happens on her adventure. My daughter got a little scared of the red bull, but she got over it pretty quickly. I would highly recommend this movie for your children.

^{I am very excited to share with you that McFarland USA is coming out on Blu Ray and DVD. When I first saw previews of this movie I know for me it is a must see. When I was given a chance to be able to review a copy of this DVD I was very excited because I am usually not given the opportunity to actually be able to review an adult title. I would recommend this movie for teen and adults children may watch it but my children were not interested.}

^{I personally loved this movie. I have read some of the critics review and they state that this movie is} predictable. I mean I guess I would agree you see the previews and you kind of can tell what is going to happen and what it is about. That doesn't mean that it is a bad movie. I love how this movie is based on the true story. I enjoyed it and love the characters. I loved the storyline and meaning behind the movie. I would highly recommend this movie and I believe that this movie send positive messages to our youth and young adults.

I received several products for review. In my package I received Nair Glides Away Moroccan Argan Oil, Nair Ultimate Roll-On Wax For Face Moroccan Argan Oil and Nair Precision Kit For Face and Upper Lip Moroccan Argan Oil.

The first product I reviewed was the Nair Glides Away Moroccan Argan Oil. This product looks like deodorant. I would highly recommend keeping this out of reach so younger children do not get into it. This comes in a 3.3 oz roll on stick. This product is recommended for the bikini, arms and underarms. I love how it comes in a deodorant canister because when you are applying this product it simple and not messy where it getting onto places that it should not. When you apply this product you want to apply and even layer to the area that you want. After applying you want to take a warm washcloth and remove the product from that area. This product can even be used on corse hair which I have. This product is easy to use and it help where I don't have to shave everyday. I get a few day break.

The next product is Nair Ultimate Roll On Wax For Face Moroccan Argan Oil. This kit comes with .52 oz roll on wax tube, 1 precision stick and 20 reusable cloth strips. Instead of going to the saloon and spending a pretty penny you can invest in this kit and save a little. The product offers salon strength results removing even very short hair and is formulated to be water rinsable so it washes clean. This kit is very simple to use. Ready in just 3 minutes in hot water. Roll on applicator allow for precise even application. This treatment can last up for 8 weeks which is nice. 

The last product I received Precision Kit For Face & Upper Lip Moroccan Argan Oil. This kit includes .69 oz Hair Remover Cream and .50 oz Moisturizer.  If you are looking for a product that helps removes hair from face and upper lip. This is a great product and is a hand free and easy application that removes all visible hair. After using this product this product helps rebalance and moisturizing skin after the hair removal. 

I was quite impressed with the product from hair. This is a great new line and I would recommend stocking up on these products

Everyone Deserves to be Loved

I am excited to share with you a new DVD that recently came out on May 19th. I a excited to share with you Strange Magic. When I heard about this DVD I knew it would be perfect for family night.  This is a perfect movie for both my daughter and son. The best part we had a great time watching it together. 

I bet you remember George Lucan and Star Wars. My son is super obsessed with Star Wars. I was quite interested to see other work from George Lucas. George Lucas brings you the story of a music-filled fairy tale about finding love in the unlikeliest of places in Strange Magic onDVD, Digital HD/SD and On-Demand May 19th! This magical adventure features a host of colorful characters including a princess (voiced by Evan Rachel Wood) who has sworn off love, a dubious villain (voiced by Alan Cumming), a slightly nutty Sugar Plum Fairy (voiced by Kristin Chenoweth) and a knight who is no Prince Charming (voiced by Sam Palladio). Bonus features include a Musical Mash Up: Outtakes and more!

Overall Thoughts:

I thought this was a great DVD to watch as a family. My son was a bigger fan of the movie than my daughter. I heard from some people that the characters were kind of creepy but I thought they were interesting. I actually thought the characters were creative and fun in the movie. I would say it is a great, creative fun movie to watch with your children. I also would recommend this movie your child like music. There is a lot of singing and music in the move with my daughter was interested in. I would highly recommend this movie for DVD night!!

I have tried this on my two year old daughter. She is in the process of potty training where there are times she will go both on the potty and then not care. We have been trying these diapers and here is what I think about them. I think these would be great at home use. They would not be great for the store or other out door places because it would be hard to get them to a bathroom when you hear the sound of them having to go. I would like to see them in pull ups because they are a little small on my daughter. What I really like about the system is that the alarm lets me know when she is going and it has actually been helping because she is starting to let me know when she needs to go. Sometimes I have no indication when she needs to go and it been a guessing game and this has been helping us get into the routine and has been a big helps. I still have these diapers left but when we go out during the day i do not put them on or at night time.

Last year if you asked me if I knew what Argan Oil was I would tell you that I had no clue. When I found out and tried Argan Oil out, I can tell you that I do not know what I would do without it. I was excited when I was given the opportunity to review a couple products from Elma & Sana. 

I received a bottle of their 100 percent Pure Organic Moroccan Oil Moisturizer. This comes in a 1 fl oz blue bottle. The top screws on but it is an eye dropper to get the Argan Oil out. I really like how the designed the bottle and supplied the eye dropper/cap so it is easy to remove the product. You can use this product for face, body, hair and nails.  I enjoy using this product when I give myself a manicure. I like using Argan Oil for my nails and rubbing it in so the skin around my nails do not crack or get dried out. This product absorbs in my skin quite quickly. What I like about this product is that it is not as greasy like the other Argan Oil products that I have used. . I would highly recommend this product for your every day use for face, body, hair and nails.

Summer is coming up and it seems like I am always on the go. You can not go wrong with Rosebud Perfumes. Rosebud perfumes has a variety of solid perfumes and lip balms products. I was able to try two of their tins for review. I was able review rectangular tin that had three lip balms in side and another circular tin with three of their perfumes in side. 

The first tin that I reviewed was their Rosebud lip balm tin. Three lip balms come in this specific tin. The three lip balms that I received in this tin where Minted Rose, Strawberry, and Rosebud Salve. Each lip balm comes in a .8 oz container. What I like about each lip balm is that they smell great, there easy to get the amount you want out with your finger and they do not smear. I also like how the feel of the lip balm feel and it does not feel sticky after applying. 

The first balm that I tried was their Strawberry Lip Balm. I was very fond of this lip balm because I love strawberries. When I smelled this lip balm it smelled like Strawberry shortcake. This lip balm is made with natural beeswax and a trade secret blend of strawberry flavors. What I like about this lip balm is the flavor is amazing and it helps protect my lips. 

The second Lip Balm that came in the tin was their Rosebud Salve. This product works wonders if you have chapped lips, dry skin and minor burns. I was excited to try this product on my son. He has a major issue with chapped lips and this product works wonders. I agree when they say that this salve is a miracle in a can. This product helped my son get some relief from his chapped lips. 

The last lip balm that came in this tin was their Minted Rose Lip Balm. I love peppermint so I fell in love with the smell of this lip balm. This products is great for moisture for your lips and great for a gloss. This balm is great for headaches and tension. You can dab a little bit on your temples to help relieve the tension.

The next product that I received was their Rosebud Medley of Lip Balm Tubes. I really like the options with this tin. It is great storage for the lip balms or the lip balms can fit great in your purse. This tin contains a trio of lip balm flavors in Tubes that can be mixed and matched or savored individually for the ultimate lip balm experience. Each tube comes in a .5 oz. The first lip balm that I took out of the tin was their Moka Rose. You can smell this lip balm when you open the tin right away. If you are a chocolate fan this is a great product for you. It also comes with the Strawberry lip balm and the rosebud salve. Each lip balm applies great and leaves your lip feeling great and moisturized. This product does not leave your lips greasy or sticky. I love how they help your lips from being chapped.

I don't know about you but in my house my children are huge fans of Baymax. Recently my son watched the movie and it been Baymax everything!! This game is rated for Everyone 10 and up. Disney Big Hero 6 lets players interact with all six members of the squad, each in unique ways. Playable characters include Fred, boasting over-the-top power; GoGo, specializing in speed; Wasabi, featuring fast-paced combat skills; and Hiro who’s adept at platforming.

Overall thoughts:

My son really enjoyed playing this game. I had to actually cut him off this game so he could do something else. He enjoyed it so much and kept bugging me if he could plat it again. He had trouble at first playing the game, but caught on quite quickly. He enjoyed using super hero powers to send the robots flying in the game he thought that was pretty entertaining. There are over 30 levels of playing so it keeps your child entertained for awhile. Also my son liked that he could be different characters like Hiro, Go Go, Wasabi and Fred and fight alongside Baymax.

I would highly recommend this game for a birthday present for your special loved one. You can find this game at your local retailer. 

The Legend of Longwood

Join the fun on June 4th from SHOUT! FACTORY. This is a great family movie. I was excited that we were able to receive a copy so we could have a family night and watch this movie. When I first watched the trailer of this movie I was captured and was intrigued to view this film. Here is a little background about the movie.

Overall this movie was very cleaver and kept our home family entertained. Although I would recommend this movie for children over 12. My son enjoyed it although my daughter played with her toy during it. I really enjoyed the mystery of the movie. I am not into violence and mystery movies for adults. This was a nice change of pace and a great movie to watch with the family!!

I would highly recommend this DVD for your children. My daughter absolutely loved this movie. It grabbed her interest and she has watched it several times. Usually it is hard for her to watch something all the way through let alone watch it twice. It was very cute movie and a great movie to watch with the family. Highly recommended.

I want to share a secret with you today. I have found the most amazing product out there. Greek Yogurt Coated Bites. I will confess these were meant to be for my children for Easter. As you can tell I hid them. I know I am bad but when I tried these I did not want to share because they tasted so great.

When I first opened up the package I had to try these. They did not last long. They tasted great!! I will be honest I am not a huge yogurt or greek yogurt fan so I was worried at first. That changed when the packs were disappearing. I really enjoyed the almonds the tasted wonderful and the greek yogurt coated on them. All I could say is wow. I am a huge fan of chocolate cover pretzels. When I saw the greek yogurt chocolate pretzel bites I had to try them. So far I will have to admit they are probably my favorite out of them. With trying both of these I couldn't really tell you that I noticed it was Greek Yogurt but it tasted great.

Then in the bigger backs I received the fowling to try. Greek on the go Carmel Bites, Strawberry Bites and Blue Berry Bites. These bites are small round covered bites with the fruit inside or the carmel. I love them of course because the are bite size and do not make the best. I am guilty when I opened up the Blue Berry Bites I could not put the bag down and when I did they were empty:( that made me sad. I also really like the strawberry chews they where amazing and especially if you are a strawberry fan. For those days your down in the dumps and need a chocolate fix I would recommend the chocolate carmel ones.

I will be honest at first I did not have high hopes on this product at all. I gave them a fair chance and now I am looking to order more of them :) I would highly recommend this gift for Mothers Day. I know I am making a request here at home for more for Mother's Day.
